FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH DOES A MARQUEE COST? It depends on the size and style of the marquee you wish to hire. Every single party and event is unique. Factors that affect the cost include the size, whether you're dining, additional seating and chill-out areas. Take a look at our Marquee Hire page or use the contact form to let us know your requirements, and we can give you a quote.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I ACCOMMODATE IN A MARQUEE? Each of our marquees has a maximum capacity ranging from 30 to 260 plus guests. If you're holding an event for more people, you have the option to hire more of our marquees which you can connect with our colonnade. Or, add smaller structures to increase space of a large tent, such as a pavilion tent, service tent or cloakroom.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY MARQUEE? Most wedding bookings are done around a year in advance, although some have been made just a month in advance! It's best to book as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. However, we'll always refer to you to our network of partners in the Will's Marquees family who will do their best to accommodate you.
